Visit Our Communities
Your new home is more than four walls—it’s about the community you choose to live in. The neighborhood around you shapes your lifestyle, daily routines, and long-term enjoyment of your home. At Courtland Communities, we carefully design and develop new home communities across Arizona, giving families a variety of options in locations like Phoenix, Surprise, and the greater Valley. Each community offers its own unique advantages, from proximity to schools, parks, and shopping to quiet cul-de-sac streets and wide-open spaces.
By visiting our different communities, you’ll be able to compare features, amenities, and price ranges, helping you find the one that best matches your lifestyle, preferences, and budget.

Secure Financing
Courtland Communities’ preferred lender, VIP Mortgage, offers a full range of flexible financing solutions to help make your new home purchase simple and stress-free. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or upgrading to your dream home, VIP Mortgage provides competitive rates, personalized loan programs, and expert guidance throughout the process. Their team works closely with Courtland Communities to ensure a smooth, timely closing, giving you confidence and peace of mind as you move forward with your investment.
Obtain Homeowner’s Insurance
When you take out a mortgage, your lender requires that you acquire and maintain an adequate homeowners insurance policy. This policy is meant to protect your investment in your home as well as your lender’s. When you close escrow, the lender typically requires you to pay the premium for the first year in advance. This money is collected up front and paid to your insurance company accordingly, while future insurance premiums are included in your monthly mortgage payment.
Buyer Walkthrough
Before you move in, we want to make sure your home is 100% ready for you. One week prior to Closing, you’ll meet with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives for a thorough walkthrough of every room in your home to identify any repairs that need to be made. All items identified on this list will be completed within 2 weeks after you move in.
Close of Escrow
This last step involves signing all the legal and loan documents, such as the warranty deed to your new home and the escrow settlement statement showing that the required amounts to be paid are correct. Courtland’s longstanding relationship with First American Title Company allows us to ensure this process goes smoothly for both you and for us.
Move In! It’s time to start enjoying your new Courtland Communities home!
